1 Do you want to return products?

If you want to return products you have ordered, you have as a private customer the right to return it within 14 days from recieving the order.

Please note that the returned products must be unused and in selling condition. This means that you may not open a paint can or break the seal on a pigment jar.

PLEASE NOTE: Products that are especially made or ordered for the customer (for instance special colours tinted by request) can not be returned.

2 Cancelling an order

If we have not sent, made or manufactured your order, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer service.

If you have recieved the order, as a private customer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. You must always inform uour customer service if you want to use your right to cancel. Please note that not picking up an order from the delivery point does not count as cancelling.

PLEASE NOTE:

Products that are especially made or ordered for the customer (for instance special colours tinted by request) can not be cancelled if the order has been confirmed by the supplier, or if the manufacturing has commenced.

3 The customer is responsible for the return costs

We do not offer free returns. You can return your order at your own cost. Please note that some paints and solvents are counted as hazardrous substances, and require special handling. You must therefore always check with the carrier if they accept these goods.

4 Did you get the wrong product or was the product faulty?

Please accept our sincere appologies! Inform our customer service as soon as possible. We compensate our fault by sending a new product as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we refund your order.

5 Was the shipment damaged?

Please accept our sincere appologies! We try to pack orders as well as possible, but sometimes rough handling can cause damage to the goods.

Always inspect the package when recieving it from the carrier. Request a note of visible damage on the bill of lading. Please contact our customer service so that we can agree on the delivery of new products an the return of the damaged products.

6 Refunds

We refund the order within 14 days of recieving the return. If the return contains only a part of the ordered goods, we refund the corresponding part of the delivery costs.

7 Return instructions

Always contact our customer service before returning the order or a part of it within 14 days of recieving the order.

Pack the order as well as possible to avoid damages during transport. Fill in the return form for which can be printed through the e-mailed delivery notice and send it to us with the return.
